Drivers Age
23 to 65 Years
Young Drivers Age: 21 to 22 Years Charge 4.5 EUR per Day (Maximum 35 EUR)
Reservations were driver is less than 23 years old are subjected to confirmation
Young drivers surcharge is not included in the rental price. It is paid in the local currency at the rental desk.

Drivers License
Drivers must hold a full license for minimum 1 year with no major endorsements.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver. UK license holders must present both the photo card and its paper counterpart at the time of rental.

Additional Driver
Charge per additional driver: 2 EUR per Day (Maximum 30 EUR)

Insurance Coverage (Important to Read!)
All our Vehicles are Mandatory insured for:
Third party liability protection (TP)
Public Liability Insurance (max 500.000EUR)
Theft waiver (TW): Excess 1,000 EUR

Basic Insurance Includes:

- Collision Damage Waiver - CDW
- Deposit for Guarantee: An amount from the driver's credit/debit card will preauthorised as a deposit for guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. - - The amount for the groups (Super Economy, Economy Compact) is € 850, for the groups (Medium Super Economy, Medium Compact) is € 950, for the groups (Family Super Economy, Family, Family
Automatic, Full Size Automatic) is € 1200 and for the groups (Minibus 7 Seats) is € 1500.
- All rates and charges are subjected to VAT 24%.

Full Damage Waiver (FDW) - Full Insurance Includes:

- Personal accident insurance
- Collision damage waiver (CDW)
- Tyres insurance and damages to underside of vehicle
- Minimum Deposit for Guarantee: An amount from the driver's credit/debit card will preauthorised as a deposit for guarantee which will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. - - The amount for the groups (Super Economy, Economy Compact) is € 400, for the groups (Medium Super Economy, Medium Compact) is € 550, for the groups (Family Super Economy, Family, Family Automatic, Full Size Automatic) is € 650 and for the groups (Minibus 7 Seats) is € 850.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO Insurance Coverage in the following cases:
1. Use of Drugs or Alcohol
2. Violation of Red Light
3. Violation of STOP Sign
4. Driving on unpaved road(offroad drivining)

Special Equipment / Optional Extras (Upon Request)
Booster seat: 2 EUR per Day (Maximum 15 EUR)
Baby seat: 3 EUR per Day (Maximum 25 EUR)
GPS - Satellite Navigational System: 5 EUR per Day (Maximum 40 EUR)
-Special Equipment/ Optional extras must be requested at the time of booking, and are included in the rental price.

Breakdown Assistance
Included 24/7 Breakdown Road Assistance.
Immediate Car replacement

Fees
Airport Fee: Included in ALL locations
Out of operating hours delivery: Free of charge

Fuel Policy
Pick up at least 1/4, Return same amount.
No refunds will be given for unused fuel.
Optionally you can request Full Tank to return empty.

Mileage Policy
Unlimited mileage for all reservations

Cross Border Travel
All international cross border travel prohibited.

Tax Rate
24% Included in All Rates and Special Equipment/Optional Extras

General Terms and Conditions for Car Rental

Booking Procedure and Payment Options
Our Booking Reservation system presents you with real-time vehicle Availability.
You can select your desired vehicle-group and proceed to booking confirmation.
Upon completing your personal details you will be presented with the following payment-confirmation options.

Pre-Pay Reservation
You are required to pay the whole amount of the reservation getting also a Discount on the rental price. This payment can be made by Credit Card only (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) or Debit Card through PayPal
Please note that your Credit Card will be charge only if the booking will be confirmed.

Leave a Deposit
You can secure your booking by paying a small deposit against the rental. This payment can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card only through PayPal
The remaining amount can be paid by either Credit Card or Cash upon collecting your vehicle.

Book Now and Pay Later
With this option you can secure your booking until 14 days before the start of the rental and you can then pay by one of the above methods.

Car Types
The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles in the category. We will provide you with either this car or similar cars in size and engine type.
We cannot guarantee that the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Upon request we may be able to provide you with specific model.

Required When Collecting your Vehicle
Please make sure you present the following at the rental desk:

Voucher
Your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present your voucher means we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.
Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle

Driving License
A Valid Driving License for main driver and additional drivers

Photo ID
A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID).

Credit Card
Driver must have one of the following credit cards to be presented at the rental desk when collecting vehicle in the driver's name (MasterCard, Visa, and Amex)
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, you may be refused to collect the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours before the pickup time, all funds except a cancellation fee of 5.95 EUR and the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the pickup time, no funds will be reimbursed.
No refunds will be given if you fail to collect the vehicle at your specified time or if you fail to meet the driving license, passport, credit card or other documentation requirements outlined in this voucher.
Neither do BookMyCar provide refunds for vehicles returned early.
